More american product placement. probably wont be seeing any japanese vehicles in there will we?

I want to see some bigger badasses in the movies. However, I don't think they're going to be doing size morphing so guys like Astrotrain (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Astrotrain) are not likely gonna make an appearance.

i'm not a huge fan of this style of design either. The robot form really doesn't have anything to do with the vehicle. I mean, they could've done a better job of trying to incorporate key features on the vehicle onto the robot. The rest of the "filler" bits can be whatever, but it'd be nice to see a resmeblance other than just color.

I mean in this example, where are the wheels when she's in robot form? How hard would it be to tack on 2 wheels onto her shoulders or something?

I found that was cooler about the original designs. You could identify parts of the vehicle when the transformer was in robot form.

It's gonna make for a looooooooong sequel, if we're all in the Harley dealership every 15 minutes for warranty repairs.

I wonder how Aprillia got into the last movie then. If a Buell is in the next transformers movie, we won't see any other type.

Completely agree on the size morphing. You can't hide tires.

oh yeah, i totally forgot about the Aprillia Mille R. The one that Josh Duhammel lowsided at will to get under the robot hah.

Well, at least it's not as bad as Torque. Hello, end chase in Torque anyone?

It seems that the movies's robot forms can be applied to any vehicle since they don't have to figure out where all the real parts go. I sure have a tough time recognizing any of the robots when they are a blur of movement during fight scenes.

The Buell looks much too masculine to me. I think that they should really have used the new Ducati 1098.

Michael Bay sucks. :mad

How dare you mention the movie Torque. Why isn't there a rule about this!

It's a easy call but you can bet that the next transformers movie will be 90% product placement/advertisement and 10% movie.

There is just nothing we can do to keep the integrity of a story when Hollywood gets a hold of it.

That's gonna be a frakin small robot. Even Jazz was small, this one will be tiny.

If you look closely enough...the wheels *are*attached to the shoulders...aaaaaaaand...she's got boobies too - no doubt they're the headlights!! :laughing :laughing :coffee

Dont forget Michael Bay. Sorry for bringing up Torque. :laughing I didn't even see the whole movie, but i caught the end scene and i was like WTF, have these people ever ridden a motorcycle?

Well if anything for transformers 2, at least Megan Fox is pretty hot.

I disagree... bigger headlights will do the trick.

That motorcycle 3D model doesn't look very professional, coming from people that work on Transformers 2.

I doubt that's real...probably just some talented graphic design student that was bored.

Agreed!!. Even the artist with the robotech series did a better job on the cyclone cycle in chapter 3 "The Invid Invasion"
