Has anybody experience with this worldwide no-office-but-only-internet-based company?
When you rent a car through them, you have to pick the vehicle up at Budget or Avis but Tiger will rent you their (Budget / Avis) cars for atleast $200 cheaper. They claim to be able to do this (included: unlimited mileage and full insurance) because they are a car rental broker that is "an Internet-based, independent Car Rental Company.We have negotiated the best cars at the best prices from all the major car hire brands,through our purchasing power. As we are an Internet-only based company, we have kept our costs to a minimum and pass these savings on to you."

I did an Internet search for feedback on this company but found only one negative response and none positive (besides their own website).
