I haven't, but I've had great experiences with TSB shipping (http://www.tsbshipping.com/).

Probably just a business set up in someone's home....a couple like that in Blaine which I have used. Have used TSB for close to 20 years....only downside, no Sat's for now.

I use tsb. good service not open sat.

the letter carrier used them once... the seller forgot to put my phone number on my package and thats how the letter carrier works.
they call you when your package comes in. well since it wasn't on my package... and the letter carrier doesn't answer their fucking phones.
my pakage sat there for weeks.
it wasnt a good experience. I actually thought they shutdown so I ended up calling the point roberts chamber of commerce and asking them if the letter carrier shutdown.
of course they didn't. they just don't answer their fucking phones at all.
good business practice! I had even tried to email them leave a message nothing.

so I risked it and drove down. but then again I know guys that are happy with them too. go figure!

I will use TSB. and their great service. they email you when its in. so I go down on weekday before work. works fine and no weekend border lineups. tsb customer for 5+years.

Used the letter carrier. Got tired of their highly disorganized business. Takes them 5 - 10 minutes to find your parcel. The last few times I had up to a 2 hour wait in line as well.
I have tried Point 2 Point once, and was very satisfied. No line up. Found my stuff right away. I'll be going down this week as I have two more items coming in.

yeah, the Letter Carrier is run like shambles inside, It's amazing how they ever find stuff. the big stuff, like your tires and appliances are left outside ungarded and unlocked overnight!!!!! they say they have a security camera but a quick grab and dash aint gonna get them out and stop anyone.

anyways, I've used them a number of times. They are a real mom and pop operation.

You don't need a phone number. I never attach a phone number. I have always used a tracking system so I know when it arrives.

hmm whether or not they call you or not, you should really just track your own packages online. It's really easy to see if something has arrived so you wont need to wait for a phone call, email, etc to come in before you know it's there.

Letter carrier is pretty ghetto sometimes and it took them a long time to find one of my packages once. I'll consider P2P next time.

The letter carrier is just retarded. No security for the stuff outside (I don't know why I lined up for 45 minutes to get my tyres when I could have just taken them and walked off). And that 45 minute wait was because there was FIVE people in front of me. Five !! They took 15 minutes to look for my motorcycle jacket as they thought it would be in a box 6 inches cubed (I shit you not ...). I told them 3 times how big the box would be, and that it would have "Motorcycle Superstore" plastered all over it. She must have gone past it 10 times in her search. They never answer the phone, email, fax. If you expect customer service, I wouldn't use this place. Only saving grace is that it's open on the weekend.

Since originally posting I have received several packages through Point to Point Parcel and I have been completely satisfied with the service. I would definitely recommend them.

I have received prompt email notifications when packages are received and pickup has been quick and painless.

The location is an extremely short walk from the border which is nice if there is a line up to drive across. Plus they're open on Saturdays!

I'll be sticking with p2pparcel for all my shipments from the US.

geesuz man, how many times do we have to rehash this topic.

somebody do a search on this before I decide to poke out my left eyeball with a burning hot satay stick from my weber bbq.
