Anyone know of any websites where I could fing some Goalie (hockey) gear at good prices. (By that I mean the best gear at stupid low prices because we all want something for nothing.) And no I would not like to buy any used gear. I want to try and save a couple of bucks by not having to buy everything from Cyclonetaylor.com Thanks.

A guy I play with just got new pads from http://www.goaliemonkey.com/
He said the service was great and they were cheap.

Goalie Monkey and Hockey Giant are your best bet for cheap gear. A lot of the stuff though has international shipping restrictions so you need an address in Blaine to ship your items to to take advantage of the savings (plus Cheap shipping). Goalie Monkey is clearing out all their Nike Bauer Vapor equipment at rediculus prices to make room for the new One 95 series.
If you like PM me and I can give you the skiny on pretty much anything Goal equipment related and where the best places are to buy. I am also a member of the above linked GSBB bulletin board.

sports exchange sucks dont waste your time. older equipment at todays prices.
as for selection, the goalie store in surrey is the best in the lower mainland, prices are retail, not discount.
sounds to me like lightly used goalie gear may be your best bet. since the crash my nearly new gear has been sitting. all great stuff. brians pads, vaughan upper and trapper and brand new double jock, koho blocker, and brand new helmt with 2 cages.
if you reconsider used and are about 6 feet tall let me know. i am still hoping to be able to play again, but if someone buys all of the stuff i may let it go.
