For $100, is everything included? All the necessary hardware, banjo bolts, everything else that I don't know about?
Apart from colour, any difference between what Galfer sells and you can make?
(And what exactly does this magical machine do? Does it weave the braids?)

It crimps to a very high pressure rating. Many shops in town can make you brake lines.
http://bomax.ca is one of them.

Yes, but it was my understanding that custom lines were MORE expensive than a kit.

I think it was Pac Yam that I asked about custom lines. I have some bar risers installed and was told elsewhere that the Galfer lines (and probably any other line kit) would not be long enough to handle the extra height of the risers.
Pac Yam said they could make some custom lines no problem, but it would be quite a bit more expensive. More than $100 more than a kit, IIRC.

Go to bomax. He'll make ya some that will fit with your risers.

Gord,
There's plenty of extra length on my Galfer's to handle bar risers. Just make sure the fittings have the proper angles for your bike. I know Pac Yam has a set for a YZF600 that they tried to sell to me for a $100 tax in, cause they are just collecting dust there. They are long enough but the angle is about 20 degrees instead of the stock FZ1 bend of approx. 10 degrees

Just the lines, with the banjo bolt's on the end's,you should be able to use your stock brakeline bolt's from the caliper, but will need a double line brake line bolt to go on the master cylinder
Mine have a clear plastic cover on them.
