to tell you the truth, this actually exists in japan, except it's the opposite. the girls do all the pampering and giving chocolates and what ever to the guys on feburary 14th. then when march 14th comes around, the guys return the girls in favour, but they normally give it to the girls who originally gave them the gifts (and also normally the ones they like in return). this day, march 14th, is called "white day".
