How many people would be interested if I was to post a ride up the Sunshine coast to Lund??

If enough are interested, i'll set a date.

I don't know, maybe this should be in the rides forum, but it's here, so too bad...

Hey Nuvan,

I was planning to post a ride for Ruby Lake on the Sunshine Coast for Aug. 3rd. Me and some of my buddies are going up, but you're welcome to come. And since I've announced it now, anyone else interested? Beautiful twisties out at Pender Harbour Ruby Lake area.:thumbup

Since conducting a study for the Sunshine Coast Regional District at work, I've been fascinated by this area.

They have such cool names for their towns/villages

ex.: Elphinstone, Halfmoon Bay ...etc.

Lat time we got back around 8:00pm. But at that time it wasn't on the summer ferry schedule yet, so we had to wait for a couple of hours for the Earls Cove ferry. Now the 2:00pm(?) ferry should be going again.

was that back in van @ 8:00 or off the ferry @ 8:00, because i've only passed my MST, and not the road test.

I don't really remember if it was 8:00 or 9:00 when we got off the ferry. If all the ferries are running now, we could probably catch the 5:15 ferry back to Horseshoe Bay, and be on the mainland by 6:00.

sunni, i'm working on the damn road test. i figure another week or two of riding a few times a week, plus weekends, and i'll be good to go.

Depends on the dates...I don't think I'd be able to make it for this Saturday. Sunday maybe...or next weekend.
