I've got a snowboard or ski rack for sale. It fits most sedans, coups. It locks and it simple to put on /take off. 50 bucks firm cause its in good shape.

What make is the rack? Is it the roof style?

The brand name is Sport rack. It was last fitted on a Honda civic roof top.
