I no longer teach and have put my things away. Here's a piece of equipment that's great for anyone doing (kobudo) weapons training. Standard size and weight with half-inch padding wrapped around pvc tubing on a ball bearing swivel-mounted chain. Superior to the cheap corded kind. If you're putting in serious practice time your arms and shoulders will thank you. Looks similar to this:
