Wheel Repair

So I got a 600f3 wheel off ebay (17inch coversion for the 900rr) and the bloody thing isnt round. Its got a shallow flat-spot/deformation near the valve stem. Id much rather just get this thing fixed than deal with legal shit over ebay (nightmare). Iv been told it can be fixed for not that much cash. Anyone know of a shop that can do/is good at it?

I think its called "Panther Wheel and Rim repair" and they are located either on River road or somewhere in Richmond.
