Last summer, I decided that a big motorcycle road trip seemed like a ton of fun. I decided that I would either: A) go across Canada or B) go south along the west coast and down into Mexico. Since Canada is so spread out, I thought it might be more fun to go with the latter since there would be more...

Just got to test ride the new BMW F650GS this past weekend. For those that don't know... it's not actually a 650 - it's a 798cc. Unlike the old bike this one's a twin. Horsepower is up from a meager 50 to a respectable 71.

Some may remember the trip I did last year http://www.bcsportbikes.com/forum/showthread.php?t=113797 and this year I took 2 weeks off work to go back for a bigger and better trip. As you can see I took a lot of pictures and if anyone really likes any, I do have them in much higher resolutions. Hope...
Another ongoing ride report made of mostly pictures (maybe video) where the ZEN of motorcycling exists. After a few months of organizing and seeing-who-shows-up we have yet another all star cast. Out of all the riding we do in the season the best happens here.

Tomorrow morning I'm heading out for a solo ride covering WA, ID, UT, CO, AZ, NV, CA, and OR. I'll be traveling counter clockwise on a route that's not yet determined, going wherever the twisties take me. Memos have been sent out for all states to stock up on alcohol & loosely-clad women, and to be...
I'm pretty sure no one has done this before; more that 1600km in less than a day on a 84 GS1150, at least according to the Iron Butt Association.
In case your not familiar with the ride check this out...
I've been wanting to do this...
Well, I'm fresh out of surgery (non-m/c related), and am mildly stoned so I thought there could be no better time to start posting about touring N. California with Adam112, 2009.
I'll pick away at it as I drift in and out of consciousness. ;)
The Bikes: Book ending two sides of the...
Just got back late last night from a 7 day solo tour of NoCal. I have a few hundred photos, and I'll post some of them up in the next while.
A few things were different about this trip than one's prior, in that I trucked my bike to a friends house in Fortuna, and also had a GPS unit for the...
So at the last bike night I mentioned I had a week off work and was thinking of riding to California. I was told to do it and had some roads suggested to me. After making my pre-ride thread, I had more than enough route suggestions to use up all the time I had available. It took a couple days to...
3 most common phrases on this trip riding a Triumph.
What kinda bike is that?
