ok folks; who likes 'Chevron' gas stations?
Don't ask me why, but I prefer them to other gas stations.
However, I have a couple complaints.
1: Anyone else ever notice that the 'firmware' (computer software controlling the pumps) is a little... slow? unresponsive? laggy? -especially when it's a busy day with lots of people at the pumps? Well hell, I've noticed this. It's fairly consistent, at most locations I've been to. It's so slow and lazy and painful to use, shaving precious seconds off of riding time!
2: Also, did you know... if you want, say, a beverage from inside the station, since you have to pre-pay for gas everywhere now anyways, that you CAN NOT pay for gas inside the station - using your debit card? So if you don't have that outdated 'paper money' on you, you can't lump your purchase of gasoline & beverage into one transaction? This is unsatisfactory at best; and thus I have complained - and by extension, so should you!
