I would like to visit the robust log architecture of the Iron Horse in Scenic Lone Butte for lunch where we may even spot a living Pine Tree. The route would be.. Kamloops to Barriere , Little Fort (Fuel), Up one of the best hills in the world, past Bridge lake, to Lone Butte. We'd eat at the Iron Horse, then meander through the undulating hills and valleys to Gasm, have a smoke in Clinton and refresh ourselves in Cache Creek. Then we'd turn our eyes east and take our thoughts and hopes home as we headed across the most beautiful grasslands in North America with the sun on our backs to compliment the digestion and memories of the days events, all the while snickering that someone out there is sweating over a 4 foot putt.
Oh, Leave 9 ish?
