The goal is for the first Fischer MR sport bikes to be available through dealers by the end of 2004. Dealer representatives are aggressively establishing the dealer network nationwide. California versions will usually trail 49 state versions due to longer CARB approval periods.
The engine displacement is not fixed, Fischer Motor Company is planning to offer 2 nearly identical versions. Current test chassis have been developed around the Rotax V-2, 997cc engine, but several different engines from various suppliers are under consideration. All are liquid-cooled, multi-cylinder engines.
Yes, Fischer Motor Company is planning inside engine development.
Pricing is dependent upon many factors. Fischer Motor Company will introduce products priced competitively, based upon their features and performance and those of competing products.
