I just adjusted my clutch cable almost all the way til the end of the threads. The bike has 10k on it.
Is this the early sign of the clutch needing replacing?
Do you just mean the handlebar adjustment, or the one on the clutch cover as well? Unless you've got it poorly adjusted in the first place, or ride the sweet spot all the time, there's no way you should need a new clutch at 10k.
If you've run out of minor adjustment at the top (near the bar), there's a place major adjustments can be made at the other end of the cable. Consult your service manual for how to do it
If you wanna say something, speak into the mic. It's right above my balls.
if that don't fix it, replace the cable.

Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs.

Yes, you need to do the major adjustment. My bike has 4.5k and my handlebar adjustment is nearing the end of its threads. Time to reset the handlebar side and make the major adjustment. Before I do this I also lubricate the clutch cable.
