    Alignment Problem

I'm having trouble setting the alignment on my zx6. i'll run therough what i've done already....
changed the forks, changed the tire and the rim, changed the rotors, changed the axle.
When i am installing it all i first i loosen all the triple clamp bolts, put in the tire and axle and tighten that down, then i tighten the triple clamp bolts. I have 1in of offset on either side of my front tire and my vertical alignment is good cause i checked with a plumb bob. I'm running out of ideas..... help!

try bouncing the front end up and down with the pinch bolts loose...well, not really loose, but loose enough to let the front end get into alignment.
