Nice way to support an addiction, find people who appreciate art that was made during a trip....wonder if I could get an buyers for my art to support a drinking habit?

I got possession of this rare piece of usual art, from a friend at school, i paid 75$ for it. The artist was on acid, the drug l.s.d. Its really unusual thats why i bought it, for my art collection. Some of his pieces go for over 300$, form local young Vancouver artists. Its really cool because its on a normal piece of lined paper, very interesting. Should be framed. I went to school with the artist brother, thats how i got it for the price that i did. Its worth 150$ now. Its from one of his more recent series of art. He did a few more like it. Also singed on the back. Called the school classic. very net, a must have for the unique art collector. E-mail me at, Boston--George@hotmail.com
nowdays you shit in a bag and someone somewhere will call it art. Kinda like rule 34.
Kinda makes me sad that the best this past 2-3 decades had to offer was a picture of a can of soup.

I jury art submissions for a living. Not high brow art meant to inspire an emotional reaction - I'm talking commercial art designed for commercial applications.
You'd be amazed how many submissions I get on lined writing paper, graph paper and my favorite - napkins.
My bike is so much faster than yours that I dare you to ride it, you lame little turd. Do you have the balls to ride this BOTTOMLESS PIT OF TORQUE?

In my experience, there are many great artists out there.....even drugged up ones. It's harder than I'd like to find work that I appreciate, but when I do it's often not in a gallery and reasonably priced. It might not be a fair generalization but it seems that most people in the mainstream art industry have way too much in common with Zoolander these days. I can handle creative art but there has to be some artistic skill involved too.
I'll take that over this tired old example any day
