While not Vancouver it encompasses Richmond, Port Moody, New West, PoCo, and Surrey.
I don't know the quality of the developments and some of them don't seem super cheap, they're way off peak pricing and more reasonable than they were. I haven't bothered to look if they are reasonable. But some seem in the $200-$400 per square foot which doesn't sound excessive but they probably do have more to fall to be a true bargain.
Wait until this happens downtown and the effects reverberate throughout the rest of the market. Bonanza!!
