I decided to "expand" a bit on the falling part of things to be more specific.....

What I mean with the "last off" part is that when you do fall, you will either :

    a) quit riding and/or
    b) be dead!!! (possibly because you ride like "Ghostrider")

My most serious "off" involved an ambulance and a hospital.Ran into a ditch at night at about 45mph,that was back in `82 just south of Salmon Arm.

Man, I fell off in december,

I was goin too fast for a really tight tight right turn,

with my noobish skills I could never pull that off.

Not even a ferrari coulda pulled that off

Conclusion: Never go riding after working out a sweat at the gym.

Well, that water pump covers finally fixed.

    Insuring it tomorrow!

Gotta practice for that 600 RR.

No more low siding for me.

So I voted for, fall once, but never again!!

I don't usually crash, been street riding for 12 yrs and crashed twice in the 2nd year. The first one was turning a corner and it had rained the night before, he had resoiled his lawn and it ran off onto the road, instant road marbles-was only going 10 km so no biggie. The 2nd time as new tire and turned to quickly out of my driveway- Stupid stupid.
Then I started racing and I crash lots but no biggie, part of the game.
I crashed twice last year, lost the front end going on the Lions gate bridge-don't know what happened-wasn't going fast. must have hit oil or diesel???????????????? and lastly, gravel in the center of the road when turning, tucked front at 10 km again, doh.
Crashing is all part of the game and unless I got crippled, it would never stop me from riding, period.

well i know that the post defines an "off" as actually falling, but my off is the racing style "off" were i went "off corse" but the bike stayed up

i was going up seymor, and that first left hairpin that says something like 40km max.... well i was going closer to 200km... saw the sign, first mistake, hit the brakes HARD.. decided i wasnt going to make it, second mistake... steered into the gravel, missed the concrete barrier and some trees, released the front brake almost all the way feathered the rear brake came to a stop... cought my breath, checked my boxers... and continued up the hill

this was my off.... i have had some close ones with cagers, but those dont count because they are almost routine in vancouver!

Making a U-turn on the new bike, nudged a car lost my balance and over she went. No damage except for a very sore ankle.

Doing a stoppie with my forks cranked hard, back end came up faster than I expected so I left off the brake. Came back down but kept my feet on the pegs and it kinda fell over on top of me. (Jonathan was there for that one. Hahah!)

Attempted to pull in front of my friend's car who was parked on the side of the road. Misjudged the length of my bike and managed to crack his turn signal. Guess that doesn't really count as a fall down since his car held my bike up.

Lowsided doing the loop. Little scratch on my lower fairing.
A little friction burn on my ass but everything else was a-ok.

    Groovy baby
