I was going to post this in Rider's Gear forum, but was afraid of being flamed. Anyways, my jackets arrived in the mail today, I got a Yoshimura AF-C Cordura/Mesh ajcket and a Yoshimura S1 leather jacket. The jacket seem so fit well, but I've noticed one problem. The CE armor in the shoulders on the leather jacket somewhat limits my arm mobility and prevents me from raising my arms much more than 90 degrees from my body (e.g. when I swing my arms up, the armour doesn't seem to move and since it comes down my arm a little bit, it prevents me from raising arms any higher). Is this normal? I don't have this problem with the textile jacket, but maybe because the jacket material allows the armour to move more freely with the arms? When I was trying on jackets at the stores, I didn't notice this problem, but then again, I didn't raise my arms above 90 degrees anyways.
