Big Valley Ride -Today!! Sat. March 21st 1200

Join us at 1200 noon for a looped valley ride that starts at Tim Horton's @ 200th St and 86th avenue, langley and rides east through Langley, Abby , the 'Wack', Rider lake, Rosedale ,Agassiz Mission and Maple Ridge . Cross the the Fraser at Albion and finish in Fort Langley.

Leaving at noon will give the roads a chance to thaw. Distance is around 250 km give or take a few k's.

Pace: Not too slow and not too fast just kind of half fast. (L.Armstrong)

Watch out for Rider Lake. The roads still have a lot of gravel in the corners. If you do head up there though, someone bring their camera and pick up my tag. ( sorry for thread jacking )

i'm interested, but only if the pace doesn't get too fast. looks like i need to head out that way to get Cuff's tag anyways (even though i still haven't pinpointed it) so i might as well go with a group

Typically, liketoride's pace is reasonable....quick, but consideration taken to time of year, road conditions, etc.

if it's anything like last week's ride to mission with purplekawi or somewhat faster, i'll be very comfortable.

You'll be fine Ben. It's not total newb friendly, but I think you'll fit in well.

Another thanks from me to the group. I kind of felt like I was imposing hooking up with you all at Rider but it was nice to go for a rip. Too bad there was no time for some bs. Hope all was good after Rosedale.
