After many false starts, trying to figure stuff out and then waiting for good weather, I got to ride my bike today. It was just around the parking lot, but it was a start. It felt good to be on a bike again.
The outriggers feel really wierd, they seem "springy", which makes the whole setup feel unstable - especially for me. My brother ripped around a bit and said it was ok after a short time. But then again he can just put his feet down if need be!
Amongst other things, one of the main issues was finding neutral with the Pingel shifter. It is easier to just shut the bike down and reach down with my hand and manually find neutral.
