    Where to get inexpensive tires?

Could somebody please tell me where I can buy good tires at a great price. I am looking for Bridgestone BT020 front and rear. All of the websites I have found do not deliver to Canada.

*or perhaps a different tire choice*

I want a tire that will last long for on my cbr600. I do not need them to be sticky.

    any suggestions?

You live in White Rock. Most places in the states offer free shipping within the continental 48's. Ship em to the border and go pick them up. I got a Tomahawk T3 rear with 95% tread left and a Metzler MEZ2 front with about 80% tread left you can have em both for $100.
That that doesn't kill us forces us to live with a busted up bike!!

Took 5 days to get here. $290 after tax and shipping. Shipping to BC is $30 for 2 tires, and you only pay 1 tax (5&#37

Highly recommended. I cannot find anywhere the prices are lower

That place is more expensive than Pete's by around 25%, plus it means a border trip.

Keep a look out on craigslists. I got my pair or BT20's brand new with stickers on them for 220. That was about a month ago

Been hearing ton's of good things about Pete's.

    Ordered a set of BT-45's for $200 +/- $5-$10 (I don't remember) shipped.

    Can't wait to get them!

Make sure you CALL. They are incredibly busy, probably because they have the only legit prices in all of Canada for some reason.

Thanks to the people who mentioned Pete's, finally we can get cheap tires in Canada. I got several prices on Dunlop Roadsmarts for my Suzuki Bandit and even with a 15% discount which everyone can get for the asking I can get them $100 a tire cheaper from Pete's. All the dealers were within 2-3 dollars of each other, so much for free enterprise.

pete's prices are unreal. it is way cheaper for us to buy them from him then from any distributor at even the lowest level of pricing discounts in canada or the usa.

I give him 6 months till he is out of business or gets his tire supply cut for selling them so far under cost.

He may be selling them under "your" cost, but it may just be very low margins based on "his" cost.

I would find it hard to believe that he's not making any money selling them...kinda defeats the purpose of most business models.

If he was making up margins on the installs, I could see it, but shipping them across Canada for $30...hmm?

At the amount of sales he's getting from this site alone, I don't think he'll be posting a "HELP SAVE PETE'S-SUPERBIKES" thread any time soon!

Will be ordering a set (or two) of tires from him in a month or so.
"Yamaha" - it's Japanese for "fuck your sports car."
