Pitt Meadows Track day - June 22nd
Our third of the year is coming up on Monday, June 22nd.
We also have booked July 24th, August 10th and September 12th if all goes smoothly.
We run our track days at the Pitt Meadows Airport - a safe and great place to find out if you like track days. This is not racing - you will probably end up dicing a bit though.
The lunch truck is booked and Trina will arrive at around 1230 pm and stay until about 3:00 p.m. so you can get your lunch without leaving the site.
Remember these days are **NEWBIE FRIENDLY** and we encourage new riders to come out - most who were there last time ended up with a lot more skills to use while street riding.
Some comments from riders who were out on June 1st:
"First time i've been on a track in 12yrs....had a blast, great safe place to get re-aquainted with sport bikes. Lots of great ppl. No jerks, no egos..."
"Thanks to Nancy and gang for putting on a terrific event. Seriously, it's a great venue for all, particularly beginners and intermediate to hone their riding skills. You should take advantage of it while Nancy still organizes this or has access to this venue. I only wish this was available back in my early days of riding. The course was nicely laid out and the pavement was excellent."
"Thank you, Nancy, Tony, Randy and all that were involved in putting this together.
Rod did an awesome job with my suspension set up.
Hopefully see you all next time."
".,,it is an especially good opportunity for noobs to come out in a safe environment with knowlegable riders to show you good riding practices! You will learn tons without having to worry about running off the road or hitting anything!"

So who is in? I will be day permiting the bike again.
I could never find information about what gear is required as the minimum to participate. Could you please advise.
kevlar jacket/pants, ankle (or riding) boots, gloves that cover your wrists & a helmet. Basic stuff that you needed when you took your riding school (yes??) OR leather stuff.
Hope you can make it.
