So i've worked on cleaning carbs on a fzr250 in the past, i'm planning to open a can of worms and clean the carbs in the nsr. any tips/suggestions? should i be expecting the same type of work?
yer nsr is really easy,be very carefull with the plastic+ tube, not sure if its black or oragne depending on the yr,but if it breaks you need to replace it,all the plastic is super brittle probably, same thing as normal, clean all the stuff blow though woth air, honda combustion cleaner is best on the market so see if ya can find some of that over there.make sure all the pump lines are on good shape as well.when putting them back in the intake boots use a bit of dialectic grease on the rim of the boot they will slide in nicely. check the float height while yer at it.
