I have a set of sliders, no cut. So it turns out they are supposed to be mounted:
Left, with a bracket bolted to the engine mount bolt, which you replace with their bolt, and;
Right, taking off the swingarm pivot shaft nut and replacing with the slider which is a big deep nut with delrin slider.
I really don't like the idea for the right. For two reasons..first I cannot see if the slider/nut has backed off if it does, and second, the bolt is pinching the delrin to the swingarm, I worry abouy the inherent softness/springyness of the delrin that is holding all the torque of the nut.
Anyone with experience on these?
