There was definitely no rider skill to be seen there.
But a hell of a lot of rider luck.
Locked brake, bike started lowside, let go and locked again, tire gripped started highside but he steered into it which straightened it out, luck had it that he bled of all speed. Had the right weight on too.
One lucky SOB , could have been a R6 drifting the corner the opposite direction at 245 kp/h with the front wheel at head height.........now that would have been a cool video .
ROFL. The only reason the bike didn't go over is because you can't really tip those bikes over with all the huge pipes and bars and crap. I loved the passenger ejection. LOL.
I'm afraid I still don't get it - you'll have pretend I'm an idiot and tell me the number of the post that you're referring to.
I was only commenting that riding wheelies on such a curve or going 245 would probably be suicide - hence it would not be a pretty sight.
(BTW: The magazine that I have that compares the R6 to several bikes lists it as tested 161.7 Mph (or 260 Km/h) - so I have no doubt that 245 is in it's realm or that it wheelies beautifully)
Time to get a bike that actually stops without doing a 360.
