End of June is our 10th wedding anniversary and I've been thinking about fun things to do and my wife mentioned that perhaps we could find a company that does ATV tours like they do Enduro tours with a guide, they provide food even if you're camping, etc. Unfortunately I only have my lerner's permit and my wife just drives our car/truck so no class 6. Or should I phone one of the Enduro tour places up and ask if lerner's is ok? I know how to ride but my wife needs some refreshing but I can take her out on my dirtbike.
Anyone know of a company that does ATV tours or at the least where a good place is to rent a couple of ATV's (that's affordable)?
I'd probably ride my old KDX250 and just rent one of them.
Otherwise if you've just gone off-road camping perhaps you can recommend a few place such as Forestry campsites you've visited, lakes, other places. After doing some camping in Provincial Park campgrounds in the last couple of years we've vowed never to go that route again. The damn places are packed out with yahoos, you're never camping "on the lake" anyhow, usually 1/2mile back in the bush beside some losers on 3 sides. Forestry campgrounds sound much better, haven't tried one yet though.
Any thoughts, opinions appreciated, thanx!
