I have a work related traffic fine for turning right in a zone that doesn't permit it during a certain period of time. I have 2 legitimate reasons for fighting the ticket, but wanted to see if there is anything to the process of traffic court I should be aware of. I have photo's of the road in question including the signage, and a letter from work confirming the the vehicle was in my possession knowingly.
I've never been to court (ever) so this will be a first. I'm not counting on the officer not to show (which is what everyone keeps asking me "... Is that why you're challenging it?".....)
The case is being heard in Vancouver, at Hornby St.
