Ok, this is my first official post here, so bear with me
So here's the deal, my gf was driving in her blazer the other day and comes to a stop at 4-way intersection turning left. She looks both ways and to her left is a small car coming towards the intersection, she looks however, as though she's slowing down so my gf starts through the intersection. The lady doesn't stop and rams her. (The Blazer is now a write-off)
Now I know that the lady is at fault, she blew a stop sign for starters, but my gf was also on the right, and halfway through the intersection. It seems like a no brainer to me, but somehow Icbc is saying that my gf is at least 25% at fault.
It wouldn't be a huge deal except for the fact that my gf removed collision from her policy a few months ago, and now stands to have no vehicle and no coverage.
I'm more than prepared to take this to small claims court if at all possible, but I was hoping that some of you would have advice, or war stories of your battles with the three headed cerberus bitch.
