Remembering Bill Mclean.
Having had a colonoscopy......I have now seen where the sun don't shine......(Me)
man, now there's gonna be blood all over the chain. who's gonna clean that up?
"I dread beyond all else the growth of the petty tyranny of restrictive legislation, the transference of disciplinary authority from the judiciary to the constabulary, the abandonment of every constitutional safeguard of individual liberty."
Wow, that's horrible.
At least now I'll never get the genius idea to turn the bike on while lubing a chain...
"Yamaha" - it's Japanese for "fuck your sports car."
"At least I can spell BRAKE"
"At least I TYPE it"
I knew a guy did the exact same thing only pulled his thumb through the rear sprocket.
Now he has a nub.
Wow. He already had the bike up on the stand... how lazy are you that you can't just spin the wheel yourself? Stunning.
Wow... Thats a good one. Can't honestly say I've never thought about lubing it that way before; won't now.
Although some may......ok, will disagree, gixxer.com is not an accurate representation of the mental capacity of the average GSXR owner.
Neat little trick for lubing your chain. Measure from the ground to the underside of your swingarm just behind the axle nut, add about 3/4 of an inch. Cut a piece of wood to match.
Just a little nudge up on the tailsection with your shoulder to get your back wheel off the ground. It fits in my trunk, so I can take it with me too.
No, I DON"T run the bike while the back wheel is off the ground, I just turn it by hand. Also works on the front wheel too. You can turn your wheel to clean it without having to keep moving the bike.
No trees were harmed to display the above message ..... however a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced
Now I know why it's called 47 Tooth sprocket ...........nibble nibble ....... Lesson learned , now how much are those Pazzo shorty levers again ???
I can only surmise that the "2005" in your name is derived from your year of birth. You weren't born yesterday, but pretty damn close to it. - Howattzer to Phantom2005

*shudder* I'm getting visions of shop class in high school.
a good example of why gixxer owners should not be allowed to work on their own bikes.
wait a second i own 2, and i built both of them.
So that makes you twice as likely to chop your fingers off, just like the other guy. He built stuff too ...
Whats the first thing you do when you chop yer fingers off being a dumb ass? Grab the camera and take some pics so you can post them online
He's read up on riding techniques but never read how to clean a chain? I don't think you need a manual to tell you not to put your hand near moving machine parts, if you do... then you mom's yer aunt and yer dad's yer uncle
Hahaha I feel bad for laughing, but come on...that's so fucking stupid
