This week's weather seems to be spectacular so I'm hoping to organize a ride together for the 26th of September.
Meeting place will be the Chevron on 4th and Macdonald at 9:00AM, so people living a little further off have plenty of time to make it their.
For the folks coming from Surrey and beyond they'll be a second meeting point at 10:00AM at Richmond Auto Mall near the Land Rover Dealership.

As proposed by ThunderAce. We'll ride south loop around richmond back up across Knight than head west, ride Cypress than go up to Squamish and come back around.

I've been wanting to hit up River rd in Richmond lately...Let's do Squamish
This time I'm brining a map so we can dine at Taco del Mar
yup - river rd., then no.1 to Steveston is nice... though short. But so worth the fish & chips.
I'm also up for cypress & horseshoe bay... whatev.
Count me in! Let's hit Cypress first - so that we don't get caught in bridge traffic later in the afternoon.
And let's not forget the all important "poser coffee break" - at the Starbucks on Robson downtown! Hope to see all you 250's out that day!

Or seeing how we are meeting early, we can do River Rd Eastbound in Richmond, then Northbound on Knight then onto Hwy 1 westbound. Cypress, Squamish for a late lunch, then pose at Park Royal starbucks in West Van on the way back; sounds good?

I am in if you guys are cool with a girl on a 09 blue Kawi 250R coming along.
My usual commute is from Langley to North Van. So Richmond via North Van to Squamish will be so much fun. Weather will be good too.
Other than gas, water, id, and some cash for a poser coffee break, anything else we should be bringing?

Thrilla's suggestion sounds pretty good...but since we're already halfway their why don't we head all the way up to Whistler than loop back to Park Royal?
So route goes South to Richmond, loop around South all the way around back up across Knight than hit up Cypress/Seymour to Horseshoe Bay, Squamish than Whistler?
Sounds fun. Frank Einstein (I'm coming from Langley/Surrey) so I know what your commute there will look like.
Has anyone gone to Whistler on a 250R Ninja yet. I won't lie, I am a little nervous.

Countless people, it's no different than going on any freeway, just a bit further, you'll be just fine.
There's a fair bit of road construction leaving Whistler, so be prepared to be stuck in some traffic.
I went to whistler on a cbr 125. I think you'll be fine.
