Probably a camera hooked up to a computer which tracks the motion, generates the video and sends it to the projector positioned over top of the table. Cool idea, but I think this would get annoying real quick.

Saw same tech on display at an ArtShow in Tokyo. Except it was much bigger, lit from beneath, and was stimulated by people walking on it. much cooler as a result.
and it was FAR from 200k, I didn't look into it but that price is WAY too high for this simple tech
