I'm just finishing watching Keith Code's Twist of the Wrist II, the video.
It's such a great instructional video. Even after 25 years of riding, it's made me reexamine some of my abilities and techniques.
I read Twist of the Wrist the book when I first started riding back in the 80's and it was invaluable in keeping me alive on the street and helped me to be faster and more consistent on my motorbike.
I really think that Twist of the Wrist the book and subsequently the video is the most important piece of instructional literature that any motorcyclist or potential motorcyclist should ever read - from the total novice to the seasoned rider - everyone will get something out of it to make your riding safer, quicker and more enjoyable.
The video is fantastic as a modernization of the message that Keith's been trying to tell us for decades.
