Is there a public link to the Criminal Code?
Is there a place where hard copies can be purchased?
I have no idea if you can find it cheaper somewhere else, but you can buy a copy here:
What's the difference between Acts and Regulations? Both links are down right now. If memory serves correct they were not in PDF; is there a PDF version for Acts, Regulations?
Thanks kawi_guy and LEO I think PDF would work pretty good for now, unless staples can print them for cheap.
An "Act" is the law. Regulations are created to help interpret and implement the law.
The best way to fully understand the difference between an act and a regulation is One of the acts that are observed in Provinces is a version of the Motor Vehicle Act, you are supposed to have a driver’s license in order to be authorized to drive any vehicle. A fitting regulation here is, when your car is towed and you would need to retrieve it from the duly assigned parking authority, you need to present an unexpired driver’s license before the car is released back to you. This regulation is done to ensure that the act that all drivers must have an unexpired driver’s license to be allowed to drive is observed and followed.

If my friend has his class 6 learners and can ride without supervision but not at night. Can he ride at night if I being 31 yoa and with a class 1,6, am with him as a supervisor?
When I lived in Houston, TX. I worked for Bail Bonding company for a couple of years. I saw DUI cases take from several months and one up to a year and a half.
What are the reasons for your postponements. What does your attorney tell you.
I know the judges use to like to dispose of DUI cases as quickly as possible and court appointed attorneys would try to plea them out. It was the defendants that wanted to fight them that took the longest because the courts docket may be overloaded. Then it could take 6 -12 months before a trial date came up.
