I hate bulky gloves, and I ride rain or shine.
(not a fan of using latex/rubber type gloves inside or outside regular non-waterproof gloves btw)
I very much liked my old MSR Goretex gloves that I used with my DR350, but they are approaching 17 years old worth of wear and tear now, and having the look of white and blue Moto-X shortie type gloves doesn't really suite me anymore.
At the moment I am using my AlpineStar Vega Drystar gloves for all inclement weather riding, and while I do hold them in high esteem, I got them for cold rainy winter riding, not spring/summer/fall day to day rain/drizzle conditions.
They have a thinsulate layer in them which bulks a wee bit too much for me in non-cold riding.
My dream rain glove would be a Goretex lined Shift Bullet glove.
-Black leather or faux leather prefered, textile ok if I had to I guess, but...
-knuckle protection, preferrably CF style vs plastic
-palm padding/gel insert
-Goretex or good similar waterproof liner
-gauntlet type with velcro wrist closure vs zipper
Anyone have a line on such an elusive spec'd beast?
