... and it was cold! Brrrr!
I got the itch to go riding in the middle of the day and took off around 1:30. Hit up #7 through Hope and then #3 to Manning Park. The roads are surprisingly clean up until about 20km out of MP - at this point the left lane becomes a deep sand pit, and the right lane is covered in frost. Just the kind of fun riding I like!
No problems with traction there or back. Very little traffic and no cops - which was a very good thing, as seriously I misbehaved the whole way there and the whole way back! Boo yah!
Didn't go to the viewpoint cause that road was covered in a foot of dirt/gravel, but here's a pic in front of the lodge!
If anyone needs a ride fix, grab a heated vest and hit up the park! Good fun!
