1. ## This is creepy...

I don't know if this 'funnies' or 'open' forum...but here it is.

Go to this website, and follow the instructions...the crystal ball reads your mind. I'm serious! I'm not usually taken in by these kinds of things...but for the life of me, I can't figure out how it works.

Post up if it worked on you...it's gotten me everytime.

Anyone know how this thing works? I can't explain it...

2. Look at the symbol beside the number 9 every time you press the ball.... it always matches...

3. Here ya go Harps,
adding the two digits together and subtracting the total from the original number always return an answer of a factor of 9 . When you do it the numbers divisible by 9 always have the same character ... eg 9,18,27,36....90 ... each time you do it the characters relating to the number 9 change so its not so easy to pick whats happening .... pretty smart eh.

Yes but I hadn't read the entire thread before clicking on the link. I like actually put "effort" into trying to figure out how it worked as well.

YAH, I still don't get it. How does it know which number you originally chose? I am sorry, I feel retarded right now - usually I get stuff like this - but not this one...

Any two digit number you choose...if you add the two digits together, and subtract from the total, you will end up with a number that is a multiple of nine. 15-> 1+5=6; 15-6=9 <-multiple of 9. 32-> 3+2=5; 32-5=27 <-multiple of nine. So any number you choose, it will always equal a multiple of nine...all the multiples of nine have the same symbol beside them (which changes everytime you reload the page).
