Good day all,
I'm putting together a 3 nite trip from June 1 to 4 still in the planning stages however here are the tentative details:
- meet 0900 hrs at the Shell gas station 85 & 200 st, departing at 0930 hrs
Day 1- #1 onto #99 to Pemberton, Lillooet onto #97 to Cache creek onto #1 to Kamloops, Salmon Arm, Sicamous, Revelstoke. Depending how the day's going stay the 1st nite in Salmon Arm/Sicamous or Revelstoke.
Day 2- #23 from Revelstoke, take the Shelter/Galena Bay ferry across the pond, continue on #23 to Nakusp, at Nakusp take # 6 to New Denver, onto #31A east to Kaslo, at Kaslo #31 south to Procter, take ferry from Procter to Kootenay Bay, onto #3A/3B to Creston, onto #3?#21 to border crossing into Idaho at Porthill, stay on route 1/95 then onto route 2 to Sandpoint, into Wash at Newport, route 20 to Tiger, Colville, Kettle Falls 2nd nite in Colville or kettle falls which are about 14 kms apart.
Day 3- route #20 to Tonasket, #20 south then east to Winthrop (one could also take the Forestry road thru Okanagon National forest if its decent asphalt NO DIRT OR GRAVEL FOR ME THOUGH) Diablo, Rockport to Sedro Woolley thru Burlington to Rosario Beach area for 3rd nite.
Day 4- take ferry from Keystone Harbour to Port Townsend, to Maynard onto #101 around the Olympic peninsula then up north crossing on the ferry from Kingston to Edmonds up north on the I5 back home.
For those that wanna split and go home earlier can do so at Sedro Woolley etc.
Once again this is just a rough idea of what the route'll be, I've got 4 m/c confirmed so far, as time gets close and I find out how many riders/passengers i'll be locating the appropriate accomodations. It's best to contact me at email@example.com for additional info on this.
