To begin with, I'm in no way affiliated with this company. Posting this from the Toronto forum, where it has received a lot airtime with competing views. The discussion was lively:
Summary appears to be: 'custom' suits, at budget prices, do you really need a brand name?
The haters: suits are made in PAKISTAN - therefore, lower quality, imitation knock offs, blah blah blah.
The supporters: all suits are made in exotic locals (Thailand, China etc.) to manufacturer specs. What's the difference where it is made? This company offers a custom tailored suit for a fraction of the typical cost.
$3xx for a standard sized suit.
$430 - 5xx for a custom tailored suit.

I'm not sure where I stand on this yet. I'm in Toronto this week for work, so I might check one of these suits out if I have time, just to see it in person. I just sold a MotoGP suit that was a little big on me, and would love a custom tailored one piece.
