if your wheels are stock, who cares...
if you just spent a couple grand on super light wheels that are polished, then maybe. soap and water does the tricks.
Don't go anywhere with that stuff near your bike. Don't spray it on your car wheels in the garage unless you want to drop your bike on that spot.

This seems to be a dirt/brake dust repellant for WHEELS...

If you do try this stuff remember to spray it on a rag then apply.
edit: nvm it needs 1 hour to dry...i wouldn't waste my time with that stuff. with motorcycles, i would never put a oil based cleaner near the wheels at all! everywhere else yea maybe...
