How do i drain my fuel out

I recently got an 09 ninja 250 and its been sitting for the past handful of months.
When it was stored it did have some fuel stabilizer put in, but i still find that it has a little bit of trouble when i first start it up. I have heard that these bikes have problems with old fuel, so for peice of mind i wouldl ike to drain my old fuel out and refill it with a full tank of fresh gas. I just need to know the process in which i need to do to go about draining all my old fuel.

    thanks for any tips.
