Not happy with the service. I'm sure their service is fine when they don't screw up but making up for mistakes appears to be low on Pete's priority.
I ordered 2 Michelin Pilot Power 2CTs on April the 14th and on April 23rd 1 Metzler arrived.
Now my tires are on a FedEx truck and will arrive on May 3rd.
I am out 2 weekends of riding because of this mistake.
I think Pete's should have air freighted the tire to expedite shipping and make amends and I complained in an email yesterday. He replied that if he knew I wanted the tires air freighted (I had left a voice mail on Saturday saying I wanted these tires air freighted) he would have rather refunded my money but then he said if I order some other non-tire item he'd make it up to me. And he claims he did everything he could to make me happy.
I'm sorry, putting my tires on a truck 2 weeks late is the opposite of everything, it's NOTHING.
So for those who shop at Pete's I hope they don't screw up your order but if they do don't expect them to give a crap. I'll take my money to a business who looks at a customer relationship more than just as a single transaction.
