    Sunshine Coast - Saturday, May 22nd, 8:50am

One of my favourite warmup rides. Meet at the ferry terminal in Horseshoe bay. Buy a ticket to Langdale (~$30 return). Meet up at the front of the Ferry line (Bikes go on first).

Ride up the Sunshine Coast, have some lunch and head home again on one of the afternoon ferries.

Pace will be speed limit +/- with some quick twisties too, depending on traffic and road conditions.

The playground is between the gas station of the ferry terminal.

Bummed I'll miss this, haven't been this year, such a nice road, be safe, enjoy!

I think my Dad & Carla might be joining you.

Probably as good a place to ask. How does it work when parking your bike on the ferries? I see they usually put chocks on the bikes. Its there a way to do it so that the bike won't tip over?

Simple stuff. Back your rear wheel against the yellow rail and lean onto sidestand. Use the chock if you want to.

Just 4 of us did the ride, no pics.

I made the mistake of thinking I could follow a woman on a GB500 single around the twistey's at a casual pace. I was wrong, had to pay attention as I watched her slide off the seat to the inside and zip around the corners.
Was a fun day, thankfull I had my heated vest and the little sv650 ran flawless.
