Question writing up a statement for ICBC/RCMP.....

Okay here's the deal. I need to get a statement from my friend, and bring it in to ICBC with me when I go. Im just wondering how the format should be, and what I need to include to make it proper.

Things ive came up with so far:

    Date - Signature - Witness Signature - DL # - etc.
A friend is someone who will come and bail you out of jail.....A best friend will be sitting next to you saying "damn that was fun"

The thing that runs thour my mind in a situation like this is to be be able to get as much detailed info. The simple form is who, what, when, where, why, how. And be able to recreate or relocate any details from your W's and "How"

is it about an accident that you are not at fault??? Then pictures are woth a thousand words ... Always be picky with your words like "the deer hit me" NOT "i hit the deer".... That will save your a$$... Make sure that you go over the statement until you are sure everything is on there.... just my 0.02cents
I didn't say it was your fault i SAID i was going to blame you!
