I had about 12,000km on my old pilot powers 2ct before switching to bridgestone bt016. I have about 400km on the bt016 now.
I have to say I notice the difference right away.
-slow dive in when cornering
-slow switching from left to right and vice versa
-need more effort to turn the bike in
-stiff tire. can really feel the small bumps in the road
-predictable cornering. U shape profile (bt016) vs V shape (2ct)
-2 compounds front and 3 compounds rear
-steady high speed cornering due to U shape profile
Michelin's pilot power 2ct
-more feedback with the road
-V shape profile. way faster dive in when cornering
-way faster switching from left to right when cornering
-tire is more flexible and absorbs the little bumps more
I will definitely go back to 2ct after this set wears out.
