"I dread beyond all else the growth of the petty tyranny of restrictive legislation, the transference of disciplinary authority from the judiciary to the constabulary, the abandonment of every constitutional safeguard of individual liberty."
That's the saddest story I've ever heard. Do you need money for the bus to get home?
Here's my sad story; last time I was in Calgary in the fall I was going from the middle of Bowness Rd NW, to the middle of 17th SW. About a ten minute trip but it took over an hour in rush hour. At least I was in my big pickup so I could put on the fan if I wanted a breeze.
I don't need bus fare myself so don't feel you need to offer. I'm just hoping that somehow this lets you know you aren't alone out there.
I am not sure if anyone else finds the city planning of Vancouver and area to be a bit behind but I called them duckasses on this vid.
What ever. The roads are over capacity because of the historic exponential population growth. If ppl like you just stay away it will really help out a lot. Thank you for living in Calgary - someone has to do it I guess.
Dude, is there any city that you actually enjoy tour "riding" in? BC has some decent kickass roads, but not in, into or out of the "city". Gotta be more to tour riding than finding a good steakhouse. Why take the Coq? Yawn. And what's with "Duckasses"?
