I just had my new set of tires put on and picked up the gloves i ordered.
While i was waiting, another customer's bike was worked on and a minor hiccup had happened. Kevin was very honest and professional with the issue and offered several options and suggested which option was the best. Even though the option he suggested to the customer was easily the most expensive fix for Kevin, he was more than willing to do it. With all the negativity of how Kevin/Bayside treats customers it is only fair for me to mention this.
My bike was worked on efficiently. Kevin doubled checked everything with Chris and made sure everything was in order. Overall it was a very friendly and satisfying experience.
One thing tho, Kevin, my gloves have that weird new glove smell.... refund?
