There's the general concerns: calm down before heaving the bike, shut the bike off immediately, do a self and bike check before going.
My question is how should / can a bike be lifted if it falls in poor traction. From what I see in videos and experienced a bike is "pushed" sideways against the tires to right it. If one is out in poor traction conditions (gravel, snow, ice etc) how hard is it to pick up a motorcycle? If the bike is heavy (500-900lb) and the tires slide trying to lift are you stranded without help?
