Where to get a copy of Keith Code's Book

As the title suggests I am wondering if anybody knows where to pick up this book?
I just watched the video but would like to get a copy to read.
I tried chapters but no local stores have it in stock. ( but you can order it)
Should I maybe try a bike shop?

Try your local library. I've seen them at Chapters at times.

Chapters online; the Vancouver locations don't appear to have any in stock.

Here's 22 copies of A Twist of the Wrist II

A hard copy would be much better and the video is worth owning.

You could also try Wilkinson’s Automobilia http://www.eautomobilia.com. They had them last time I was there. 604-873-6242

    My what?
I have a copy of twist volume 2 you can borrow as long as you need it. I haven't picked it up in years.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.

When he gets here, we're pulling out "The Gimp" but don't tell him, it'll be a surprise.

I'm hosting the following files online right now. Here's the link: http://www.4shared.com/dir/aGJ9QEfQ/...the_Wrist.html

The link contains Twist of the Wrist 1 & 2. They are PDF scans but can be printed out for those that don't like eBook reading.

    Cheers!

I ordered mine from amazon.com. Think it was $15ish with shipping to canada.
